Coming out of a long period of working from home during COVID-19, Lia designed a great program for me that I was able to do in the park or the lounge room at home to get me back to the level of fitness that I needed for completing the Larapinta trail in the McDonnell ranges in SA. She then adapted that to suit me while I was travelling for work for two months, ensuring that I could keep training wherever I was without equipment. I highly recommend her as a trainer!
Cancellation Policy
Once your experience has begun, payments are non-refundable. I understand life can be unpredictable, so if something unavoidable comes up, your experience can be paused and resumed later.
If you decide to discontinue your experience at any point and you are on a payment plan, the remaining payments will still apply as we’ve discussed.
