Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

We understand that life can be unpredictable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow other clients to enjoy a session.

The Refund Policy for late notice appointment changes is:
You will receive a full refund if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice:
The 50% session fee paid at booking is non-refundable
If you have paid the full session fee, you may:
- Apply a 50% credit to your account or
- Receive a 50% refund
